Ingredients
It isn't difficult... if you know how to do it!
Molinari Extra45ml
Lime juice30 ml (or half of a lime in wedges)
Soda water1 splash
Fresh mint3 sprigs
Ice
Star anisehow to prepare it? no sooner said than done.

Take a highball glass and add lime juice with mint. Alternatively, you can squeeze half a lime cut into wedges.

Pour in soda water and add the Molinari Extra and ice.

Mix everything together.

Finally, garnish with a sprig of mint and star anise at the top of the glass.
